How do you heat the pack?

What are the measurements of the packs? And can they be heated up in hot water?

Hello Maddie, Thanks for your enquiry. These packs measure at 22cm X 13cm. For the best results to heat them up, we would recommend putting them in a microwave however using hot water will also work.
