<p>A perfect choice of indoor cycling bike for intermediate home fitness, this stationary bike lets you set the intensity with a choice of 8 resistance levels. A variety of performance measuring functions allow to you track your progress whilst using the cardio exercise bike and the belt drive mechanism of the cycling machine makes for a smooth cycling experience. The flywheel also makes minimal noise and the pedals are self-levelling when released, featuring straps to keep your feet in place. Floor level adjustment is possible for ensured gym bike stability and the attached bottle holder provides handy water bottle access for keeping hydrated whilst exercising. When switching between users, the seat can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically for a perfect fit.</p>

The Metis Exercise Bike is very good value
I chose next day delivery for the METIS Exercise Bike that I purchased from Net World Sports, it arrived later than the specified time quoted by the courier and on arrival the package was quite badly damaged. The courier disappeared before I noticed the damage, but fortunately the damage to the contents was minimal, the only casualty being the water carrier which was easily bent back into shape and did not warrant a return. The bike is well designed, is very robust and stable giving one confidence in using it even on a carpeted floor. Assembly is straightforward and can be completed within the hour. The electronic monochrome biometric display is easily read and wakes up automatically when the handlebars are grasped, it will give a pulse rate reading before any exercise is taken which is useful in order to track ones heartbeat before and during exercise. Despite the unfortunate incident with the courier, this exercise bike is excellent value for money and is highly recommended. k about , quality, design, performance & assembly
